KNOTT’S BERRY FARM LIGHTS UP THE NIGHT WITH A SPECTACULAR FIREWORK DISPLAY TO RING IN THE NEW YEAR!

The countdown to the New Year is on at Knott’s Merry Farm! With special fireworks, live entertainment, and extended hours, plus Knott’s signature rides and attractions, Knott’s New Year’s Eve celebration is the place to experience an unforgettable night.

Unique one-night-only entertainment serves up fun for a variety of ages and interests including a family-friendly comedian, dance lessons and more. Guests are invited to count down to the New Year with festive music, party hats, noisemakers, and endless fun. To culminate the evening and the final seconds of 2018, Knott’s will light up the night sky with a dazzling firework display at the stroke of midnight.

·         Martini Pop Swing Band is on hand to play the slickest standards ever. Professional swing dancers and instructors will be there to make sure guests don’t miss a single step.

·         The Calico Mine Stage will blast unforgettable pop and rock music courtesy of the ladies of The Suffragettes.  It’ll have guests dancing in the aisles.

·         DJ Howly brings the party to the farm for a special New Year’s celebration with high-energy music and dancing taking place at the Calico Mine Stage.

·         Next to the Calico Mine Stage, the PEANUTS characters will be posing for pictures with guests to celebrate the New Year.

·         The stage will be set at Boardwalk BBQ as two sets of 88 keys go head to head in full keys wage war with PianoMania Dueling Pianos. 

·         Family-friendly comedian, Chipper Lowell, brings his hilarious comedy, magic and audience participation to the Bird Cage Theatre.

·         Krazy Kirk and the Hillbillies, four country boys from deep in the hills of Anaheim will have the crowd’s toes tappin’, hands clappin’ and guts bustin’. The best darn tootin’ entertainment this side of the Santa Ana freeway. The comical and musical number can be seen at the Wagon Camp.

·         Fiesta Plaza will feature DJ JC playing upbeat music and will host a dance instructor to teach guests how to dance the Latin way.

·         Midnight Fireworks Spectacular, guests can ring in the New Year with a bang as the park’s skies wonderfully light up for an aerial fireworks display that will leave the young and young at heart in awe.

·         A New Year’s Eve celebration is not complete without a delicious meal. Spur’s Restaurant is serving up a special New Year’s Eve buffet from 4pm-10pm; prices are $34.99+tax for adults, $29.99 for Seniors (62 and over0 and $18.99+ tax for kids (11 and under).

PREPARE FOR A SUMMER FULL OF NEW THRILLS AND BIGGER SPILLS AT KNOTT’S SOAK CITY WATERPARK OPENING MAY 20, 2017!

The weather is warming up in sunny Southern California just in time for the opening of the newly expanded Knott’s Soak City Waterpark on May 20. Orange County’s largest outdoor water park is opening its gates to guests for an unforgettable summer season running through Labor Day weekend. During Knott’s Soak City’s opening weekend the newly expanded water park will be debuting seven new slides on two new slide towers, Shore Break and The Wedge including; a fully remodeled Longboard’s Grill, additional seating areas and new spacious cabanas.

· Shore Break will take single riders on an adrenaline-filled water adventure as thrill-seekers board one of four Aqua Launch chambers to await the chamber’s floor dropping from beneath their feet sending them on a high speed free fall down a 60-foot tall slide and through a series of exhilarating drops and daring loops. Additionally, Shore Break offers two dueling tube slides which will have riders zipping through adventurous drops and turns as they soak up the warm summer sun.

· The Wedge will take families – up to six riders – on an open-raft ride as they descend down navigating hair-raising twists, turns and unexpected dips.

· Longboard’s Grill will return for the 2017 summer season after a complete remodeling and expansion which now offers a newly redesigned sleek restaurant layout. While Longboard’s theme remains the same, the menu includes new and delicious items such as hand breaded chicken tenders, fish & chips and assorted wraps. Plus classic favorites like grilled burgers and hot dogs. A new shaded outdoor seating area has been added by the restaurant’s entrance, welcoming diners to fuel up with delicious meals as they take a break from the sun.

· As part of the water park’s expansion, additional spacious cabanas and seating areas have been added to the park’s blueprint. Guests can relax and unwind in the new row of cabanas which will be conveniently located across the new Shore Break tower. A new seating area equipped with lounge chairs will allow guests to relax in the sun and is also located near the Shore Break complex.

In honor of summer and the new expansion debuting at Knott’s Soak City Waterpark, guests are invited to celebrate the revamp with a park-wide Soak City Beach Bash during opening weekend, May 20 – May 21. The weekend-long celebration will bring the perfect summer care-free ambiance along with an upbeat summer soundtrack to the splashing pools of the beloved water park.
