hristmas is in danger! It’s up to you and your family to rescue Santa and Mrs. Claus from a crew of rouge pirates and save the holiday season!

Starting Nov. 29, Pirates Dinner Adventure’s hit, holiday-themed dinner show “Pirates Take Christmas” will return to provide guests with thrills and Christmas cheer. The magical special will run through Jan. 1.

Scoundrel pirates have captured Santa and Mrs. Claus, threatening to bring an end to the holiday season and disappointing all the good children around the world. With help from you, your family and a little bit of magic, you can ensure Santa beats the pirates and saves Christmas.

Guests will laugh and cheer as the pirates perform awe-inspiring stunts and festive songs. This Yuletide adventure combines audience participation, heart-pounding action and the spirit of the season, along with a hearty, three-course feast.

“‘Pirates Take Christmas’ has been a beloved tradition for families across Southern California for many years,’” said Julio Duran, the general manager of the attraction. “Our team can’t wait to open the show this holiday season and spread Christmas cheer to all!”

Pirates Dinner Adventure general admission includes a three-course dinner with unlimited soft drinks. Ticket prices for the Christmas special start at $65.95 for adults and $38.95 for children 11 and under. Upgrades are available for purchase.

The festival features more than two dozen new boysenberry food and drink creations, an expansive selection of entertainment and fun activities for the whole family

The Knott’s Boysenberry Festival is our annual food-inspired event that celebrates the park’s historic roots by highlighting the little berry that started it all, the boysenberry. Guests will have the opportunity to indulge in a tantalizing lineup of dishes ranging from savory foods with a boysenberry twist to one-of-a-kind specialty desserts and drinks that you can only find at Knott’s Berry Farm during this time of the year. In addition to the numerous food and drink offerings, the Knott’s Boysenberry Festival offers a wide selection of local crafters, live music, musical stage shows and fun activities for guests of all ages to enjoy. The Knott’s Boysenberry Festival runs a full extra week this year starting March 18, operating daily through April 24, 2022. This year’s event will introduce entirely new food offerings featuring a selection of more than two dozen food and drink items. A few new items to note include:

Boysenberry Sweet Tea with Vodka A great way to indulge in the new boysenberry food items during the festival is by purchasing a tasting card priced at $50 (or $45 for season pass holders). The tasting card will offer six tastings from a selection of 25 boysenberry-inspired dishes and drinks. A variety of signature boysenberry items will also be available for purchase a la carte. Tasting cards are available at Knotts.com or at the theme park. Guests can also create over 75 unique boysenberry-inspired creations with limited edition merchandise found throughout the park. This year’s new merchandise includes a selection of packaged food items perfect for take-home souvenirs like the new boysenberry microbrew BBQ sauce, boysenberry crème brulé coffee, boysenberry brownie cookies, boysenberry pepper bacon spread and boysenberry balsamic grilling glaze. The Berry Market, located in the California Marketplace, also features signature boysenberry items like the refreshing boysenberry sarsaparilla and our classic jams and preserves. Unique boysenberry-inspired artisan products will also be available at the Boysenberry Festival Craft Fair returning with 30 local craft vendors. Each crafter features its own boysenberry-themed items. Knott’s Boysenberry Festival also offers endless entertainment throughout the park. Our trip to Magic Mountain last Saturday was not only to see the beautiful lights but also get a little taste of their food fest starting soon.

3 diffrent options, All Season Dining Plan holders get discounts, of corse you can try things with out buying a card. We got to try the Gingerbread Cheesecake, Honey Buttered Ham Biscuit Sandwich, Jalapeño Bacon Mac&Cheese 🙂 (Fav) , Sweet Corn Tamale, and Cranberry Tangerine Wings. We didn’t try the Maple Cranberry Meatless Meatballs we like meat 😉

Loved everything on the plate but the Tamale, meat lover 😉

A classic Knott’s Merry Farm favorite returns as the beloved ice show, Merry Christmas Snoopy! glides onto center stage at the Charles M. Schulz Theatre, featuring Snoopy, the PEANUTS gang, and a cast of world-class ice skaters. In this fan favorite musical spectacular on ice, Snoopy and his friends enjoy all of the best parts of the seasonincluding trimming the Christmas tree, awaiting Santa’s arrival, and attending theChristmas Ball! Showing on select dates, November 22, 2019 – January 5, 2020. Closed on Wednesdays.

The historic Bird Cage Theatre will bring to life a classic Charles Dickens’ tale, A Christmas Carol and its brand-new holiday sequel Marley’s Wings that answers the question – has Ebenezer Scrooge really changed?

Families visiting Camp Snoopy can enjoy seasonal entertainment geared for little ones with A PEANUTS Guide to Christmas, performing daily at the Camp Snoopy Theater. The PEANUTS Gang offer their take and unique wisdom on surviving the holidays while singing a mashup of their favorite holiday tunes.

The streets of Calico will play host to the merriest of Christmas traditions starting with the sound of holiday tunes performed by live Christmas Carolers.

Visitors can also retreat to Santa’s Christmas Cabin, a transformed Wilderness Dance Hall in Ghost Town that features twinkling Christmas lights, classic holiday decor and theopportunity to take photos with Santa Claus himself. It’s also home to an array ofholiday treats, including warm roasted nuts and handheld cookie shots filled with a cold drink of milk or warm hot chocolate.

In 2020, Knott’s Berry Farm will present “A Knott’s Family Reunion,“ a summer- long event paying tribute to the Knott family’s transcendent history by celebrating the last 100 years of memories in the making.

Background
Nearly 100 years ago, the Knott family settled in the community of Buena Park and began farming 20 acres of land on Highway 39, now known as Beach Blvd. Around 1930, Walter and Cordelia Knott came upon what eventually Walter named the boysenberry – a cross between a loganberry, red raspberry and

blackberry – a new hybrid originally developed by Rudolph Boysen, for whom the berry got its name. While Boysen had no luck bringing the berry to market, Walter did, acquired it from Boysen and today, the roots of the boysenberry can be traced back solely to Knott’s Berry Farm.

To make ends meet during the Great Depression, Cordelia Knott started selling jams and jellies madefrom Walter’s boysenberries and in 1934, served her first chicken dinner meals on her very own wedding china, charging just 65 cents. Through word of mouth, locals and visitors from around the state began stopping by to enjoy the famous fried chicken dinner meals. To entertain the hundreds of customers lining up at the restaurant for a chicken dinner meal, and to pay homage to the pioneering spirit of his grandparents along with his love of the Old West, Walter built a working Ghost Town, eventually becoming the first of Knott’s Berry Farm’s four themed areas. Slowly Walter brought in relics from other deserted ghost towns and Knott’s Ghost Town as it exists today emerged, becoming the heart and soul of the park. The Knott’s vision and imagination led to the creation of the themed areas that celebrate California’s vast history and landscape. Through hard work and dedication, Walter and Cordelia, along with their four children, created a special place for families to come together to build lasting memories. The “Knott’s Family Reunion” will be the biggest celebration the park has ever hosted to date.

A Regular Season Pass includes unlimited admission in 2020 to Knott’s Berry Farm with no blackout dates, and a Gold SeasonPass includes unlimited admission in 2020 to both Knott’s Berry Farm and Knott’s Soak City Waterpark with no blackout dates.
